Oral Presentation Requirements
Duration & Slide Count
- 8-minute presentation
- 8 content slides (not including the title slide)
- Session moderators will cut off presentations longer than 8 minutes
Technical Specifications
- PowerPoint format only - Keynote is not accepted
- Widescreen formatting: aspect ratio 16:9, resolution 1920 × 1080
- Font size 26-32 pt based on Arial for body text
- Use non-proprietary (generic) drug names, not trade names
Submission Process
- Submit slides in the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours before the session
- Check in at the session room 10 minutes before it begins
- No Q&A during individual presentations; group Q&A follows each presenter group
Poster Requirements
Format
- A1 Portrait: 59.5 cm (width) × 84.1 cm (height)
- Printed materials only - pushpins will be provided
Content Restrictions
- No QR codes, barcodes, or external links
- No commercial logos or trade names
- Poster title must exactly match the submitted abstract title
